y789 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the y789 website accessible at y789.bio, including all sub-pages, services, games, and betting markets offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on y789 or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Operator" / "We" / "Us" means y789, the entity responsible for operating the Platform under its international gaming licence.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the y789 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's y789 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the Platform for Pakistani Players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by y789 in accordance with its licensing obligations.

By accessing y789.bio, registering an Account, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

y789 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion and at any time. Where changes are material, y789 will notify registered Players via their registered email address. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms were last updated and are effective as of 1 January 2026.

Access to y789 and all real-money gaming and betting services on the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. y789 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money account activity without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of a business entity for the purposes of placing wagers.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with y789 or any other gaming operator that would prohibit your participation.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by y789 for a breach of these Terms.

y789 conducts mandatory age verification (KYC) on all Accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence, to confirm your age and identity before withdrawals are processed or at any time y789 deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by y789 may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

y789 takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately and all deposits and wagering activity will be reviewed. Any winnings derived from an Account belonging to an underage individual will be forfeited.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the y789 account registration process. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered y789 Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. y789 employs technical measures, device fingerprinting, and manual review to identify duplicate Accounts. Where multiple Accounts are identified, all Accounts associated with that individual will be closed, bonus funds will be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration remains accurate and up to date. You must notify y789 promptly of any changes to your contact details, including email address, by contacting support at [email protected].

y789 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y789 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and y789 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify y789 immediately at [email protected]. y789 may temporarily suspend your Account while investigating the report.

y789 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from y789 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You agree not to use any automated tools, scripts, or bots to access or interact with your Account or any part of the Platform. Use of such tools constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in Account termination.

y789 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. y789 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your y789 Account balance within sixty (60) seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours depending on the sending bank's processing times. y789 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

y789 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such charges.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are not using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. y789 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering (AML) investigations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by its licensing obligations.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal section of your y789 Account. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed the KYC verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation, including a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership, before your first withdrawal or at any time y789 deems necessary.

y789 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements. y789 is not responsible for delays introduced by receiving banks or payment processors after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the Platform.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable withdrawal limits are displayed within the Account withdrawal interface. y789 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits at the Account level where required by its risk management procedures.

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting the stated wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount, with only the remaining real-money balance eligible for withdrawal.

y789 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free play offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. y789 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be removed from the Account without notice.
• Certain game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. The contribution rates applicable to each game type are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• y789 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, the Player will be permitted to complete the stated wagering requirements within a reasonable period.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash except upon meeting all applicable wagering requirements.
• y789 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has exploited a promotional offer, used software errors, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse.

All games available on the y789 Platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, blackjack, bingo, and cricket sportsbook markets, are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Sports Betting: All bets placed on cricket, PSL, and other sporting events are subject to the y789 sportsbook rules. y789 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been suspended, where the odds were published in error, or where the result is subject to a formal dispute. Void bets will have the stake returned to the Player's Account balance.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by an independent third party. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is stated within the game information panel. y789 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for losses arising from normal gameplay variance.

y789 reserves the right to impose individual betting and staking limits on any Account at any time, including where such limits are required by its responsible gaming obligations or risk management procedures. Where bets are placed that exceed your Account's applicable limits, the excess portion of the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

In the event of a technical error, network outage, or software fault that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, y789 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return all stakes to the Players involved. y789 will not honour any winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y789 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. y789 reserves the right to immediately terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit associated balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement with y789 or any other operator.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any form of financial crime.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's odds or game logic to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of systematic or professional arbitrage betting intended to exploit pricing errors.
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating third-party deposits on behalf of another individual.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward y789 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

y789 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable Players to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players through the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Options include 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

All content on the y789 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of y789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of y789.

The y789 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to y789 regarding the Platform may be used by y789 without restriction or compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

y789's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your y789 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y789 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. y789 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude y789's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

y789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and/or your access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• y789 is required to do so by its licensing authority or any applicable regulatory body.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to y789, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• y789 is required to take action under its AML or KYC obligations.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon Account termination for a material breach of this Agreement, any real-money balance remaining in your Account may be withheld for a period of up to ninety (90) days pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct, y789 reserves the right to permanently forfeit all Account balances and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

You may voluntarily close your y789 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y789 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and y789 arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact the y789 support team in the first instance at [email protected]. y789 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in a timely manner through its internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by y789's licensing authority. Details of the applicable licensing authority and its dispute resolution process are available upon request from the y789 support team.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising under this Agreement shall be conducted in the English language. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and y789 with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
